The City University of Hong Kong School of Law and the Asian Law and Economics Association (AsLEA) are launching the Lecture Series in Law and Economics. This series will feature renowned scholars from around the world, exploring the application of economic analysis to legal and policy issues, and fostering dialogue among legal and economics scholars, practitioners, and policymakers.
The first lecture will feature Professor Jesse M. Fried, William Nelson Cromwell Professor of Law at Harvard Law School. Professor Fried is a leading expert in corporate governance and will share his insights on a timely and fascinating topic: Governance in US Startups: Protecting VCs and Founders (from each other).
The event will take place on March 12, 2025 (Wednesday), from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM (HKT) at LI Building, Room 3508 (CityUHK) (change of location), with an online option via Zoom. To attend in person or to receive the Zoom link, please register here by March 7, 7 PM (HKT).
